Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and develop Sales strategies, ensuring maximum conversion from walk-ins
Maintain store shelves and inventory, signage, ensuring product availability and easy access
Recommend layout plan optimizations – to maximize customer interest and sales levels
Provide hands-on and hands-off assistance to merchandisers and 1st time visitors
Build customer relations & loyalty, team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Focus on up-sell, cross-sell & repeat business from customers. Provide options & alternatives.
Analyze sales figures, customers’ reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
