Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and develop Sales strategies, ensuring maximum conversion from walk-ins
- Maintain store shelves and inventory, signage, ensuring product availability and easy access
- Recommend layout plan optimizations – to maximize customer interest and sales levels
- Provide hands-on and hands-off assistance to merchandisers and 1st time visitors
- Build customer relations & loyalty, team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Focus on up-sell, cross-sell & repeat business from customers. Provide options & alternatives.
- Analyze sales figures, customers’ reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
