Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and develop Sales strategies, ensuring maximum conversion from walk-ins
• Maintain store shelves and inventory, signage, ensuring product availability and easy access
• Recommend layout plan optimizations – to maximize customer interest and sales levels
• Provide hands-on and hands-off assistance to merchandisers and 1st time visitors
• Build customer relations & loyalty, team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Focus on up-sell, cross-sell & repeat business from customers. Provide options & alternatives.
• Analyze sales figures, customers’ reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
