1. Telemarketing telecom solutions to clients in the US.
2. Maintaining customer relations.
3. Resolve / escalate customer queries / concerns.
4. Meet given sales targets.
Requirements and skills-
1. Good communication skills and proficiency in English are must.
2. Minimum of 1- year experience in the telemarketing (any product / services).
3. B2B sales experience in domestic or international setup is greatly desired.
4. Experience in dealing with international customers in the US , UK , Canada or Australia is a big plus .
Office timing - 9pm to 6 am(night shift).working days - 5 days a week.
Salary and perks -
1. Annual salary : 2 lacs - 4 lacs ( depends upon experience and performance).
2. Cab pick up and drop off for female employees .
