Job Description
- Devise and execute product positioning strategy for the short and long-term business development.
- Grow and maintain brand equity of our products in the region
- Visit end-users to promote and build long term relationships and position TEXECOM and TEXECOM as the products of choice.
- Work closely with the design and engineering consultants in the region to design and specify TEXECOM and TEXECOM range of products.
- Drive the channel partners / distributors instead of getting driven by them.
- Develop and build an appropriate channel and partner strategy and relationships for market penetration
- Ensure appropriate product support and experience is delivered to both end-users and channel partners.
- Train, develop and manage appropriate partner capabilities for effective business growth and customer support.
- Develop and execute appropriate product promotion and sales strategies for building market awareness and brand presence.
- Provide solution to customers working closely with the Technical Support team.
- Provide sales and order forecast every month and meet it too
- Ensuring Nil overdue AR in the region
