Should be able to understand client / candidates’ needs and requirements, answer queries, and suggest product / services accordingly
Should brief them regarding the products and services offered by the company
Should follow up on the clients regularly
Should have a strong customer service mindset and ability to foster good client relationship
Should maintain the clients’ database with updated status
Should be able to close the deal with clients
Should be able to work well with a team
Should be comfortable working on weekends
Should be adept with basic computer skills – MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
