Job Description
- Should have good communication skills (English)
- Should be willing to talk to clients for at least 5 hours in a day
- Should have experience with tele sales and outbound calling
- Should have a positive attitude towards sales
- Should be able to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Should have good convincing / counseling skills
- Should be able to understand client / candidates’ needs and requirements, answer queries, and suggest product / services accordingly
- Should brief them regarding the products and services offered by the company
- Should follow up on the clients regularly
- Should have a strong customer service mindset and ability to foster good client relationship
- Should maintain the clients’ database with updated status
- Should be able to close the deal with clients
- Should be able to work well with a team
- Should be comfortable working on weekends
- Should be adept with basic computer skills – MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Working hours 10am – 7pm, 6 days a week
