Job Description

A hunter, a go getter, with a good track record
To bring new business by meeting various doctors and ability to grow revenue per centre, per customer.
To build strong business relationship with Franchisees, Doctors and corporates clients should have the capability to build a team and collaborate with other stakeholders and achieve the targets.
Focus in retaining existing doctor business by motivating sales team.
Making appointments to see existing and potential doctors
Presenting products to doctors and other clients to persuading clients to refer Medall for all diagnostic purpose
Tracking and meeting of weekly monthly Sales achievements and targets of the sales team
DVL management (Doctors visit log) and keeping records and present to reporting authority
Good team player and as well as ability to work independently.
Communication skills should be self-confidence and have a good executive presence.
Engage with corporate customers /TPAs to increase the market share by providing the customized health care services.
Optimistic by nature and not put off by setbacks and willing to accept the constructive criticism.
Reporting information back to headquarters / corporate office about doctors / customer needs
