Job Description
Generating Leads via cold calling, emails, responding to queries after the advertisement and ensuring
conversion of those into potential clients.
? Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing
services.
? Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value
of the homes they are visiting.
? Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
? Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
? Communicate with the bank representatives and discuss loan options according to the clients budget
? Answer calls and e-mails and provide details of the available properties for sale, being a constant Point of
Contact for the potential clients.
