Job Description
- Ability to generate sales leads independently via e-mail and tele-prospecting
- Collaborating with Salesforce.com on lead qualification and conversions
- Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyze their needs
- Profiling the account and overcome prospect objections to close orders
- Must be capable of delivering presentations and product demos independently
- Drive efforts to meet monthly and annual sales goals on software sales
- Exposure to other Sales Automation and/or CRM application sales, preferable but not a must
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluency in English essential in addition to one or more Indian languages
- Team player and ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong desire to work in sales

The Client sells
Salesforce licenses and helps the licensee customers implement the application
successfully. Till date The Client has successfully completed over 200 projects
relating to about 10 vertical business sectors
Salesforce has a division called ESMB (emerging small medium business organizations) whose focus is to sell affordable business licenses. The Client seeks sales executives to be based in its Bengaluru office to work closely with Salesforce ESMB team to sell licenses & implementation at an average minimum cost of Rs. 100,000 + Taxes (invoice value per customer).
