Job Requirements

5.   Any candidate who has worked as face to face fundraiser or worked in direct sales in insurance/banking/BPO/KPO/BANCA/MORTGAGE/FMCG will be ideal to apply.

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

As a representative of TLMTI, you will raise monetary support for TLMTI by approaching people through tele facing or  Face to Face conversations.

1. You will learn about the work of  TLMTI, our beneficiaries and their life-changing stories.

2. You will engage people in conversations through appointment or Face to Face meeting.

3. You will be responsible for enrolling donors, as per the given target on a monthly basis, through Face to Face meeting and by personal visits after making the appointments.

4. You will work in a team and help your colleagues to achieve results.

5. As a representative of TLMTI, you will need to show commitment and need to follow the rules.

Job Type: Full-time - Monday through Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM (no extended work timings)

Sunday fixed day off.

All government holidays will be fixed holidays.

Immediate hire and start.

Salary: Fixed salary as per industry standards { depending upon your performance in the interview and previous job experience} + incentives.

Experience :   0-2 years

Education: Any Graduate

Age: 18-26 years

Language: English and regional language compulsory.
