- Achieving Sales Target by Direct Sales.
- Generating Leads and following up.
- Meeting Client in person and getting Business.
- Representing and maintaining the brand value of the Organization in the Market.
- Following the Sales plan and suggesting the changes as per market trends.
- Achieving revenue Sales targets.
- Should identify Properties for Sale/ Rent/ Lease in the Areas assigned to him.
- Leads will be provided by the Company, he should show the properties identified to the prospective buyer/ Tenant.
- Responsible to achieve monthly sales/ revenue target assigned.
- Responsible for on time collection of payments.
- Should report to the assigned manager on daily basis.
- Need to have a pleasing personality with a forward and open-minded outlook.
- Able to have conversations with individuals with ease.
- Need to have good listening skills to be able to understand the requirements of the customers and has
- the customer oriented mindset.
- Has a proactive attitude towards work and fulfilling Company's goals.
