Sales Executive
- Himalaya Corporation Ltd. – Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- 20,000 a month + Incentives
- To execute property sales to achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high quality customer service; and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business.
- Ability to interact with clients and provide complete information about the product.
- Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them to visit the site.
- To coordinate and implement marketing activities and policies.
- Successfully manage business operations from start-up to strategic operations which encourage organization's growth.
- Responsible for networking and major industry players, identifying the corporate clients.
- Leading inspections and building a good relationship with the decision makers and getting business for the organization
- Good communication
- A good negotiator, networking skills
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Close sales by understanding buyer’s requirement.
- Great people skills.
- Self-motivation and drive
- You may Specialise in residential house and flats in property and business or in letting and managing properties.
