Job Description

Sales Target & Financial Results :
- To achieve the set sales target
- Handling Billing & Cashiering
- Fixed Asset Management
- Accounting of petty cash, payments, receipts & allied functions
- Every Merchandise USP
- Product Test
- Benchmarking quality and cost with City / Area
- Inventory control and close coordination with team
- Stock movement and stock verification
- Handling various internal transfers/ returns of items with required documentations
- Follow-up with Merchandising for Stock replenishments
- Inventory accountability
- To co-ordinate with all concerned and replenish the merchandise
- To carry our physical verification of inventory occasionally / as desired by the management from time to time
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of the store maintenance at all time
- Attending to customers and service management
- Conversion, Add-On Sale, Cross Selling & Up Selling
- After sales follow-up d. Attending customer feedback and complaints
- Display merchandise aesthetically in the Boutique
- Ensuring a right mix in the window display e.g. Color co-ordination, theme based display etc.
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
- Handling the latest Retail software
- Preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR) and Daily Business Report (DBR)
- Preparing MIS
- Responsible for the stock movement
- Accountable for the stock on hand.
- Accountable for any loss or damages
- Strong creative appreciation and visualization ability
- Innovative thoughts adding value to the company
- Strong understanding of the Brand, Marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Training of Subordinates in respect of product knowledge etc Eye for details
- Extreme focus and alertness
- To adhere to personal grooming as per standards laid down by the Hotel
- Any other duties and functions
- Working Days : 6 Days a Week (12:00 PM to 8:30 PM)
