Job Role: Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities.
1.Complete the sales expansion targets set by the superiors without compromise.
2.nder the work deployment of the market manager, develop quarterly and monthly plans for the region, decompose and deploy them to the account managers, and lead the subordinates in their work and regular evaluation.
3.Continuously lead and supervise the subordinates to establish and improve the distribution network around the region and reach the set sales target.
4.Personally help core distributors to establish a stable and efficient action system, and lead subordinates to establish action system for major customers in this market, and continuously promote business development in the market under their jurisdiction.
5.Be brave to explore and innovate, good at summarizing and enhancing the work experience of yourself and your subordinates, and provide valuable suggestions to your superiors.
6.According to business needs, establish and continuously enrich and adjust the regional account manager team, and guide subordinates to establish local sales team.
7.Strive to improve the efficiency of the operation of the organizational structure of the core distributors in the region, and guide subordinates to improve the operation of the organizational structure of each customer.
8.On the basis of the company's principles, develop a fair and reasonable personnel evaluation and incentive system, continuously motivate subordinates to accomplish the given goals, and strive to improve the cohesion of the region's organizational structure.
9.According to the training materials provided by the company, train subordinate personnel in the field to improve their sales skills.
