Doing Outbound Calling on our data base
Generating Leads
Maintaining relationship with existing ones
Good command on English
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Connect and engage with generated leads via outbound calls
· Initiate follow up calls for candidates in pipeline
· Develop in-depth knowledge of trainings courses we provide by understanding the need of the candidates
Required Skills:
· Good communication skills
· Active listening skills
· Strong convincing skills
· Someone with pleasing and friendly personality
· Candidate handling skills
· Ability to handle rejection
Working Hours-5 Days Working (Indian timing 9 PM to 6 AM)
Experience- Fresher
Job type- Full time/Permanent Night Shift
Salary- 20000 To 25000 Per Month
