Job Description
1. Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and online.
2. Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure.
3. Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
4. Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
5. Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer.
6. Increasing customer satisfaction in terms of the services they are using.
7. Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation.
