Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION –Sales Executive – Paints divn.

  • Job Purpose: Develop sale of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area. 
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through strategic planning and following the sales plan set by the department.
  • Core Functions - Collaborate with Sales Head in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. 
  • Manage a sales team and an assigned geographic sales area or product line to meet the Sales Target expectations of the organisation. 
  • Knowledge practices in chemical, Paint, Fabrications, Lubricants, chemical handling, Storing etc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform business development activities to generate sales on major accounts and negotiates
  • sales price and discounts in consultation with line Manager.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure target achievement in all company’s products.
  • Updates via CRM Daily, weekly and monthly calls details, funnel, deals and Pip.
  • Arrange conference meetings with top ten customers and their DMU (decision making unit)on new technology with National and international product managers and heads Collaborates with line manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Technical Meetings / Demos: coordinating with product manager (or) service team and demo test reports for ref. Weekly reports to Product manager
  • Develop, Train & Manage sales and sales support staff.Providemonthly sales reports after analysing sales staff’s productivity.
  • Collaborates with Head of Sales to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and Business Development.
  • Updating knowledge on all products and new technologies.
  • Key Skills : Meeting Sales Goals, Business Cycle, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Oral & Written Communication skill, Market Knowledge, Coordination with the team, Reporting
  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years in relevant line and geography. 
  • Must have previously worked with similar products or similar client base
