Job Description
General Summary:
- Looking for talented Sales professional for frontline sales and business development.
- You should have an MBA background in HR / Sales/ Marketing or any relevant educational background
- Achieves maximum sales growth, profitability and account penetration in the domestic market by effectively selling the company’s product and related services.
- Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
- Prospecting through in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
- Researches different sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s product.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, business development and technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for the product.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participates in trade shows, forums and conventions if required.
- Excellent Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- High energy level, creativity, self-motivated and passion for sales
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Compensation: Extremely competitive with base plus incentive components
- Travel: On a need basis
