Job Description
- Experience : 0 to 6 months
- Maintain and develop the existing and the new distributors / customers.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
- Collaborate with other departments (Production, Finance etc.) to ensure all are on the same page supporting the sales goals.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
- Prepare and collect orders and payment from the buyers
- Address complaints and grievances of customers and resolve them.
- Prepare and submit the periodical report on all the sales related activities and submit them to the management.
- Possess effective interpersonal skills.
- Self starter and motivated.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Strong Network building ability.
- Good communication in English, Hindi & Telugu
