Role SALES NETWORK
Designation Associate
Represent the brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
Handling customer query and complaint
Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.
Maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company’s benchmark.
Desired Profile:
10+2 pass out with 6 months of experience in Sales
Graduate Fresher can also apply
Basic computer knowledge
Clear speech, can communicate with customer
Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
Hunger to succeed – Money / Career / Incentives
