Job Description
- Connect with prospects and customers in a professional & efficient manner to pitch for our products and solutions.
- Educate them about how our products and solutions add value to their organizations
- Propose the products & solutions that suit client’s requirement and send financial proposal through email.
- Respond to customer’s requirement with appropriate quotes and coordinate with technical team for product POCs
- Document the activities and report to Director
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business
- Follow up prospects who have expressed an interest in our products.
- Respond to customer emails in a professional manner
- Comply with internal training policy and complete the online training & certification programs on a weekly basis
