Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers etc.
- He/She will be held accountable for conducting varied activities such as lead generation, customer data verification, subscription sales.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must possess strong customer service skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum Experience of 1-2 years in related field.
- Must possess communication and customer service skills.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Must be able to create good presentations and excellent interpersonal skills.
