- The role demands that the individual quickly develops thorough knowledge of the software product and detailed workflow/functionality from a user perspective.
- Actively participatein building marketing collaterals and product demo kits.
- Respond to customer enquiries (pre-sales)as well as post sales queries if any.
- Actively lead/participate in product demonstrations held for clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with management for timely updation of websites and company/product related brochures and information.
