Job Description
· Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
· Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them.
· Sell residential properties in market assigned to the person.
· Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets.
· Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
· Provide consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
