Job Description
- Design itineraries and launch products as per timeline
- Constantly innovate and research so as to introduce new destinations and itineraries
- Maintain and update cost sheet of various products
- Negotiate and contract rates, special offers, terms conditions for hotels and ensure the best available rates and availability
- Analyze the product of competitors and have good product knowledge
- Analyze weekly product / sales reports to identify market trends and revenue / room nights sales growth opportunities
- Assist in resolving complaints and administrative issues of suppliers and hotels or contracting
- Process hotel booking for various destinations and do direct contracting with different restaurants worldwide.
- Liaison with suppliers and hotels for request of rooms and transfer arrangements
- Negotiate rates with suppliers
- Costing Knowledge
- Good sense of Currency Conversion
- Able to work & coordinate with different DMC
- Also able to source hotels from online portals like Classic , Tamarind , TBO
