  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Visit potential customers for new business and provide them with the quotations; negotiate terms of agreement.
  • Daily sales calls, including daily cold call
  • Generating leads and closing deals from all major industries.
