- Appointment of the Sales Team, supervision & motivation of Team
- Creating distribution network, managing and motivation of Distributors
- Gathering Data, maintaining and analyzing data, take action based on the data
- Keep track of competition and informing company from time to time
- Key areas are execution of company strategy and follow up to deliver results
- Setting objectives for the team and individuals based on accepted ASM objective
- Creating a tour plan for team members
- Maintaining relationship with key business influencers
- Achieving set targets of people, network & sales
- Maintaining DSR, Expenses etc of the team members
