Job Description
- Experience in selling hardware & contact centre solutions.
- Market research for potential clients and to understand the current competition in the market.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company/production dept and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, completing all the required documentation for onboarding client as per standards.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Ensure the weekly meeting is conducted to measure and use of best practices.
- Managing inquiries received from SEO services, Google Ad's, Email blast.
- Preparation and maintaining Rejection report and other MIS documents as required.
- Attending new product demonstrations and seminars of OEM’s
