Job Profile:

·       Identify prospects and do cold calling and first meetings and update CRM with the latest actions. Have the ability to play the role of sales coordinator in rotation for the team.

·       Create and maintain connections and relationship with service heads and CXOs of various appliance companies and keep them updated on the recent developments in the offering

. Own these relationships independently and facilitate senior management interactions at short notice if required

. This would entail meeting your accounts face to face regularly.

·       Map large appliance company organization hierarchies in service, procurement, finance, AP and legal functions and their decision-making process to smoothen OneDios propositions as when they are pitched.

·       Run, lead and close opportunities of tie up and sales with suspect/prospect accounts as per OneDios sales methodology.

·       As part of the sales and marketing group, be collectively responsible for maintaining social media accounts of the company for B2B and B2C interactions – Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor etc.

·       Create and present weekly progress reports to your lead and sales hierarchy.

Key Skills required:

·       Relationship building skills.

·       Good and clear written and oral communication skills.

·       Good command over at least one or 2 languages

·       Hands-on comfort on CRM tools and business productivity tools like MS PowerPoint, Ms Excel, Word etc

·       Ability to work hard and own responsibilities handed over in a start-up environment.

·       Ability to learn fast and follow prescribed methodologies to produce consistent results.

·       Be a team player and show aptitude to wear different hats on different days.
