- Responsible for Schedules Meeting with new clients and present them details about the ongoing and completed projects.
- Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs.
- Provide best possible solutions to the customers.
- To negotiate, finalize and to do all the jobs and formalities require to close the deals independently.
- Provide Services to the existing clients.
- New lead generation through different sources and converting them in deals
- Good at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.
- Good Communication Skills & Conveyance is must.
- Qualification - Graduate
- Experience – 01 to 04 Years
