Job Title :Sales Executive
Experience :- 0-4 years
Work Location: Noida /Greater Noida
Salary: Negotiable – (Fixed Salary for First Month)

Eligibility: Graduate or Post Graduate BBA/ MBA – Marketing .
Job Description:
1) To manage existing team to effectively handle clients enquiries and convert to sales.
2) Maximize the effectiveness and efficiencies of the team to achieve increased talk time through outbound calls to existing customers and prospects
3) Daily meeting with team member, taking escalated cases
4) Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor’s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
5) Aggressively achieving the sales target
6) Client/Customer Relationship Management.
7) Follow up leads, contact existing and new client, conduct effective
meetings and close deals.
8) Prepare sales reports and execute presentations.
9) Complete documentation used in sales operations/procedures.
10) Training, advising and regular monitoring of marketing staff /team.
11) Preparing plans & strategies for achieving monthly/weekly target
12) Training to newly joined team members & finding gap within the existing one
