  • Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
  • -Demonstrated Ability to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality           sought in candidates.
  • -Candidates with relevant work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc
  • - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • - Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • - Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • - Plan approaches and pitches.
  • -Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • -Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • -Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
  • -Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences       to a positive conclusion.
  • - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • -Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner.
  • -Able to provide technical support on call
  • -Willing to travel anywhere in India
  •  -To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients..
  •  -Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports
  • Must have 2 wheeler.
