- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
- -Demonstrated Ability to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality sought in candidates.
- -Candidates with relevant work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc
- - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- - Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- - Research and build relationships with new clients.
- - Plan approaches and pitches.
- -Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- -Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- -Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
- -Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- -Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner.
- -Able to provide technical support on call
- -Willing to travel anywhere in India
- -To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients..
- -Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports
- Must have 2 wheeler.
