Job Description
D : Experience: 1 year to 5 years
· Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
· Age: 21 years to 26 years
· Job Role:
o Meet & exceed business targets in terms of disbursements, product mix and quality of sourcing
o Should prove to be the one point contact for all financial needs for his/ her customer
o Zero error in adherence to policies and systems as specified
o Quality of files sourced should be as per specified guidelines
- Skills: Basic computer and mobile application skills
Ability to read and write in English + fluent in local language
- Leave: 2 days/month
1day/week off (not in the weekend, decided by a manager)
- Working hours: 10 am-10 pm (Store open timings)
- Reporting: Report to stores, no need to visit branch often
