- Sales executives are Work with a team to identify prospects and bring in new sales. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Help guide the team by mentoring newer team members.
Roles And Requirements:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- The Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team and then overseeing that these targets are met.
- You must report to the Sales Area Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.
- A Sales Executive must use their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
- Meet sales revenue targets.
- Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
- Monthly Incentive Provided based on product sales.
