Reports to: State Head RDSP

Job profile:

Bharat Money Officers would be responsible for enrolling, managing and coordinating with all the Bharat Money stores operating in the branch vicinity which includes the transaction monitoring, center linking or resolving any Merchant issue. He / She will also need to coordinate with the HO Bharat Money Team on any new initiatives and ensuring the smooth roll-out in the field

Responsibilities: Operations

Responsible for acquiring merchants as Bharat Money Stores or Replace the existing BMS as per Business expectations

Acquire Merchants focused on forward business Direct Sales and Loans

Prepare a route map for visiting the stores & daily visit to the BMS as per the route map

The Visit has to be done with below objectives

100% Merchants Transacting

Existing Product/Services functioning

Merchant training on newly launched products

Loan to Non-Member- Ensuring leads and conversion

Direct Sales- ensuring leads and conversion

Loan to RDSP Merchante MPOS Device Sale Providing product & process training to BMS on different products

Monitoring key marketing collaterals at BMS to enhance customer awareness

Empower customer to maintain SB & RD balance in timely manner

Execute Ground level Marketing Plans like Organizing Auto Announcements for the villages/ colonies under his geography.

Qualification: SSC/Intermediate

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent field(rural) knowledge.Knowledge of MS Office

Good command over the regional language.

Good team player

Salary Package:Monthly fixed salary will range from 12-16k approx., based on the candidate profile+ vehicle fuel reimbursement + incentives, PF & other tax deductions as per compliance. Note: Bike and DL must be available with candidate
