We are actively looking for the post of Sales Executive, Details are given below:
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Salary: 1.44 to 2.00 LPA
Qualification: Any graduate, MBA(Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Min. 2 Years in the eyewear industry, Freshers with MBA(Sales & Marketing) can apply.
Jobe Role:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Ensure store is clean and well maintained
- Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, and machinery in the Store.
- Accept the ownership and understanding the responsibilities.
