Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills, a genuine interest or experience in sales, and a valid Passport or Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have a positive attitude, and want to build a long-term career in sales.

The position is open to both male and female candidates, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

Actively approach potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or offerings.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the team lead or sales manager.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

2. Customer Interaction and Communication:

Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital platforms.
Address customer queries, explain product features, pricing, and offers.
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Ensure documentation and ID verification processes (where required) are handled smoothly.

4. Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay up to date with product or service offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Attend training sessions, team briefings, or workshops to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.
Share customer insights or market trends with the team to improve sales strategy.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other sales team members and support departments.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving performance and customer experience.
Assist in setting up promotional activities or events when needed.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
Language: Good communication in Hindi and/or English. Regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Documents Required:
- Must have a valid Passport or Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
- Must be able to provide identity and address proof during the hiring process.
Joining: Immediate availability is preferred.
