Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Domestic & Export) to drive sales growth in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market research expertise, and the ability to build relationships with clients and distributors. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and managing the export documentation process.
Role and Responsibilities- Identify and develop new domestic and international business opportunities.
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales for our motors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and EV manufacturers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage export documentation and shipment processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile). MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, automotive components, or industrial products. Export sales experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and lead generation abilities.
- Export Sales: Understanding of international markets, documentation, and trade regulations (preferred).
