Position Overview
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling products or services to clients. The role combines customer engagement, lead generation, relationship management, and sales strategy execution.
Sales Executives act as the primary representatives of the organization, ensuring that customers’ needs are understood, suitable solutions are offered, and sales targets are met. They are also responsible for providing market feedback and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Utilize online tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems for lead generation.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals profitably.

Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis & Feedback

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market opportunities.

Suggest improvements in product offerings, pricing strategies, or sales tactics.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.

Track performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
