Position Overview:
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. The role involves direct interaction with customers to promote products or services, build relationships, and provide after-sales support. Whether in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments, the Sales Executive plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Follow up regularly with leads and clients to move deals forward in the sales pipeline.
4. Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager.

Track performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and revenue booked.

Plan and execute sales strategies based on territory or segment to maximize results.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide after-sales support to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collect feedback and relay information to product or service teams to improve offerings.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, meetings, and outcomes using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
