Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, referrals, and networking.

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services effectively.

Convert leads into successful sales opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Upsell and cross-sell company products to maximize revenue per client.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Understand customer pain points and provide effective solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and loyalty.
3. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Understand consumer behavior and buying patterns to create targeted sales strategies.

Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve brand visibility and conversions.

Share insights with management to refine sales and pricing strategies.
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing
-
Present product demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively.

Handle objections professionally and negotiate deals to mutual benefit.

Draft sales proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.

Ensure timely payment collection and smooth onboarding of new customers.
5. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records, lead databases, and customer information.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market updates.

Provide feedback to the management team to help improve products and services.
