Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our agricultural machinery and sprayers, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Agri Villa’s brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients in the agricultural sector and generate new leads.
· Demonstrate and explain features of products to customers, especially farmers and distributors.
· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
· Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to deliver excellent after-sales support.
· Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
· Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Education:
o Graduate in B.Com / BBA
o Postgraduate degree in MBA (Marketing) preferred
· Experience:
o Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience (Agri equipment sector preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies:· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
· Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
· Ability to work independently and handle field sales
· Basic understanding of agricultural practices and machinery
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Willingness to travel within assigned regions
