Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer needs.
- Promote products/services through campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement marketing plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for business growth.
- Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Lead Conversion:
-
Identify prospective customers through cold calling, market research, referrals, and walk-ins.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.

Convert leads into sales through effective pitching, negotiation, and follow-up.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
-
Resolve queries, provide after-sales support, and address customer concerns.

Gather feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
-
Stay updated with product features, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, trade fairs, or promotional events.

Recommend product modifications or new product ideas based on customer needs.
4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM or Excel.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.

Track progress against sales goals and propose action plans to meet shortfalls.
5. Territory / Market Management:
-
Conduct market visits to identify new customers and maintain regular contact with existing clients.

Monitor local market conditions, competitor movements, and customer buying trends.

Provide feedback and suggestions to the marketing team to align campaigns with customer expectations.
