Job Description

Hiring Requirement: 
Sales Executives (Male) – 3 Positions
Should have good knowledge of real estate.
Must be confident, active, and fluent in communication (English/Hindi).
Well-educated and presentable.
Must have their own two-wheeler for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential buyers, investors, and tenants through company databases, networking, and referrals.

  • Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Attend property exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns to attract leads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead-generation strategies.

2. Property Promotion & Sales

  • Present property options to clients based on their requirements and budget.

  • Conduct property visits, walkthroughs, and virtual demonstrations.

  • Highlight property features, amenities, and advantages to potential buyers.

  • Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly and convincingly.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment schedules to close successful deals.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to offer suitable solutions.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and handle queries.

  • Follow up with clients on pending payments, documentation, and project updates.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on property trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

  • Conduct local market surveys to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide insights and suggestions to the management team for pricing and promotions.

  • Maintain a database of market intelligence for sales strategy optimization.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Guide clients through the documentation process for property purchases.

  • Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth property transactions.

  • Ensure all required agreements, deeds, and registration documents are in place.

  • Adhere to company policies and local real estate regulations.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

  • Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.

  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of real estate trends, property valuations, and investment strategies.

  • Presentation Skills: Ability to showcase properties effectively and deliver compelling sales pitches.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Handling objections, addressing client concerns, and offering suitable solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
