Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires both field and office-based sales efforts depending on the product or service. Candidates should be highly motivated, well-spoken, and passionate about achieving targets and building strong customer connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach new clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking events.

  • Research potential customers, understand their needs, and prepare a tailored sales pitch.

  • Generate high-quality leads to build a consistent sales pipeline.

2. Product/Service Presentation

  • Confidently present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s products or services.

  • Explain pricing, offers, value propositions, and answer technical queries (if applicable).

  • Assist customers in understanding how the product or service fits their requirements.

3. Sales Conversion

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively.

  • Prepare and send proposals or quotations, follow up rigorously, and ensure final closure.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Handle client queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities, leads, conversions, and client interactions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and improve promotional strategies.

6. Field Work 

  • Travel within the assigned territory or region to meet potential clients and close sales.

  • Schedule site visits, product demos, and client meetings as needed.

  • Maintain detailed records of field visits and outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies

Sales Skills:

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer behavior

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language

  • Confidence in customer interaction over phone, email, and face-to-face

Technical & Digital Proficiency:

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, email, and sales software

  • Ability to work with smartphones, apps, and online lead management tools
