Job Description
Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients or customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a customer-focused approach. Sales Executives serve as the face of the company and play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, online research, and referrals.

Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Use CRM tools to manage and track prospects.
2. Client Meetings and Presentations

3. Sales Conversion and Negotiation

Convert prospects into customers by negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements.

Ensure proper documentation and closure of sales deals.
4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Sales Reporting and Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
