Sales Executive
Role: We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to identify opportunities and close deals. You'll build relationships with clients and contribute to our growth.

4. Achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
Must have Bachelors Degree in any stream.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, online leads, and networking.

Generate qualified leads through research, market surveys, and customer data platforms.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update records in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Conduct outreach to target customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or door-to-door visits (based on business model).
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and pitch suitable products or services.

Conduct product demos, in-person presentations, or virtual walkthroughs to explain features and benefits.

Share brochures, quotations, proposals, or pricing sheets as needed.

Customize solutions based on client requirements and suggest upsells or additional products.
3. Closing Sales and Revenue Generation:

Follow up with leads and inquiries consistently to convert them into sales.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment options to close deals successfully.

Process sales orders, ensure documentation is complete, and hand over to back-office or logistics teams.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Address customer queries, provide after-sales support, and handle any complaints professionally.

Gather customer feedback to improve service and provide insights to the product or marketing team.

Update client interactions, sales status, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
5. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Share feedback with the marketing and product team to improve offerings or target the right customer segments.

Suggest improvements in sales approach or promotional material based on ground-level insights.
