Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation

Identify potential B2B and B2C customers through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Generate leads via email campaigns, social media outreach, events, referrals, and direct contact.

Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers to meet short- and long-term sales goals.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to suit the needs of the specific audience.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a compelling manner to both corporate clients and end consumers.
3. Relationship Management

Develop strong, long-term relationships with both business and individual customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.

Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients to close deals effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to facilitate timely onboarding and delivery of products/services.
5. Market Analysis and Strategy Development

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends, pricing models, and product developments.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns based on customer insights and market feedback.
6. Sales Reporting and CRM Management

Record all customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline activity, and key customer accounts.

Track KPIs including customer acquisition rate, conversion ratio, and revenue per client.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Provide feedback to product teams on customer preferences, pain points, and product enhancements.
