Job Description

· Sales & Promotion:

Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings.
Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.

Customer Interaction:

Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.
Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.

Target Achievement:

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

Market Research:

o Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate

Experience:

Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.
Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.
Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs.

Personal Attributes:

Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial products, loan documentation, and credit appraisal processes.

Compensation:

Salary 20-25K pm + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
Travelling expenses as actual.
