Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, or field visits

Explain product or service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or packages

Provide accurate information regarding pricing, delivery, warranties, and terms

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts

Maintain a strong knowledge of product features, market trends, and competition

Collect customer feedback and share it with the internal team to improve offerings

Update CRM or sales reporting tools with call logs, meeting notes, and pipeline updates

Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or exhibitions when required
