Job Description

Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our tech training and placement programs. You'll be responsible for engaging with leads, converting prospects into enrolled students, and building long-term relationships with our learners and partners. 

 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email. 
  • Clearly explain course offerings, features, and address student queries. 
  • Follow up with potential students and guide them through the enrollment process. 
  • Maintain accurate data on leads, follow-ups, and conversions using tools like Google Sheets.  
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. 
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and student responses to improve conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize the sales funnel. 

  •  Requirements: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. 
  • Self-motivated and target-driven. 
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM (optional but preferred). 
  • Prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus, but freshers with high enthusiasm are welcome.
