Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our tech training and placement programs. You'll be
responsible for engaging with leads, converting prospects into enrolled students, and building long-term relationships
with our learners and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Clearly explain course offerings, features, and address student queries. Follow up with potential students and guide them through the enrollment process. Maintain accurate data on leads, follow-ups, and conversions using tools like Google Sheets. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback on lead quality and student responses to improve conversion strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize the sales funnel.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM (optional but preferred). Prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus, but freshers with high enthusiasm are welcome.
