Job Description
1.Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to customers and healthcare professionals.
2. Provide detailed information about medications, including usage, dosage, and side effects.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries efficiently.
4. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and stock.
5. Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Lead Development:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and research.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.

Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and ensure a high conversion rate from lead to sale.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Thoroughly understand the products or services being sold, ensuring you can provide accurate and compelling information to customers.

Conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the benefits and features of products/services.

Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to clients based on their requirements.
3. Sales Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring the company’s profitability and customer satisfaction.

Close sales deals and follow up with clients to ensure payment is processed promptly.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' offerings to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
4. Relationship Management & Customer Service:

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale service and client satisfaction.
5. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Report on sales activities and results, and track progress against targets.

Continuously improve sales processes and tactics to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
6. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and business development activities in CRM systems.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Document client feedback and work with the marketing or product teams to improve offerings.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Identify potential market segments and strategies to target for business expansion.

Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams regarding customer preferences and product improvements.
